A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Production/Application Support Engineer to keep their global trading platforms running fast, stable, and reliable. You'll support the full trade lifecycle - from pre-trade checks through post-trade operations - monitoring systems, resolving issues under pressure, and partnering with engineering and infrastructure to prevent outages before they happen.

🔧 What You'll Do

• 🔹 Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems
• 🔹 Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues in real time
• 🔹 Manage scheduled changes and automated operational workflows
• 🔹 Collaborate with infra teams to boost stability and drive automation
• 🔹 Help shape the ongoing evolution of platform reliability

What You Bring

• ✅ 2+ years in Application/Production/Front Office Support
• ✅ Strong Python and/or Bash scripting
• ✅ SQL experience (PostgreSQL or similar relational databases)
• ✅ Solid Linux/Unix knowledge
• ✅ Sharp problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity about markets & tech
