• Full-Time/RegularAsanITInfrastructureEngineer,youwillplayacriticalroleindesigning,implementing,andsupportingthetechnologyinfrastructurethatpowersZimmerman’sbusinessoperations.Workingcloselywithcross-functionalteams,youwillhelpdevelopinnovativeandscalablesolutionstomeettheorganization'sevolvinginfrastructurerequirementswhileensuringthehighestlevelsofperformance,reliability,andsecurity.Thispositionisresponsiblefortheimplementation,administration,maintenance,andtroubleshootingofenterpriseinfrastructuresystemsacrossafast-pacedanddynamicenvironment.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillcontributetothecontinuedgrowthandoptimizationofZimmerman’sdatacenter,cloud,storage,networking,andvirtualizationplatforms,ensuringthatcriticalbusinessservicesremainhighlyavailableandresilient.Theidealcandidatepossessesstrongtechnicalexpertiseandapassionforinfrastructureengineering,withdemonstratedexperienceindesigning,testing,validating,andsupportingenterprise-classhardwareandvirtualizationenvironments.Theyshouldbewell-versedininfrastructurelifecyclemanagement,industrybestpractices,andemergingtechnologies,withtheabilitytoevaluateandimplementsolutionsthatenhanceoperationalefficiencyandbusinessoutcomes.Thisrolerequiresacollaborativeprofessionalwhocaneffectivelypartnerwithinternalstakeholders,vendors,andbusinessleaderstocontinuouslyimproveinfrastructureservices,driveoperationalexcellence,andsupporttheorganization’slong-termtechnologystrategy.KeyResponsibilitiesOverseethefullscopeofserverinfrastructure,includingnetworkconnectivity,powerdelivery,andoverallsystemfunctionalitywithinproductionanddatacenterenvironments.Design,implement,andmaintainascalableandresilientVMwarevirtualizationenvironmenttosupportenterprise-wideworkloadsandbusiness-criticalapplications.Leadend-to-endhardwaredevelopmentinitiatives,managingprojecttimelines,stakeholdercoordination,anddeliveryfrominitialconceptthroughfinalproductiondeployment.
