Job Summary

• Provide onsite systems administration support (5 days/week) for a manufacturing/production environment in Los Angeles.
• Manage and resolve IT ServiceNow tickets related to Windows access, storage, Citrix, MES accounts, hardware issues, network connectivity, and shopfloor devices.
• Monitor, manage, and ensure enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Dell EMC Avamar) for both virtual and physical servers.
• Administer and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure and Cisco UCS hardware to support MES applications with high availability and scalability.
• Oversee core Windows Server OS operations, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring compliant and secure manufacturing IT services.
• Support and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops for application delivery to plant floor and remote users.
• Provide Tier 3/4 expert-level troubleshooting for MES infrastructure issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure IT operations and changes adhere to regulatory compliance standards (FDA, GxP) and maintain thorough technical documentation and SOPs.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage projects.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview and work onsite; candidates must be within a commutable distance to Los Angeles.
