Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager – FP&A Plano, TX | Hybrid | $130K–$170K Base + Bonus

I’m partnering with a publicly traded, growth-oriented company in Plano to recruit a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager for a highly visible role within its corporate FP&A organization.

This is not a role where you’ll simply maintain a forecast and produce monthly reports.

They’re looking for someone who wants to own the end-to-end corporate finance process, consolidate results across multiple business divisions, build the executive story behind the numbers, and work directly with senior and C-level leadership as the company continues to grow through acquisition.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Significant exposure to executive and C-level leadership
  • Company-wide FP&A responsibility across three business divisions
  • Public-company environment with continued acquisition activity
  • Opportunity to help shape and improve the corporate planning and reporting process
  • Strong potential for advancement as the finance organization grows
  • High visibility across operations, accounting and corporate leadership
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in the Plano office, Friday remote
  • Relocation assistance may be available for an exceptional candidate

What you’ll own

  • Consolidation of financial results, forecasts and budgets across multiple divisions
  • Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly outlook processes
  • Executive-level reporting, presentations and management decks
  • Integrated three-statement financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Analysis of actual results versus forecast, including key business drivers, risks and opportunities
  • Long-range planning, strategic initiatives and business cases
  • Development of KPIs and driver-based forecasting models
  • Partnership with business and field leadership to explain financial performance and drive accountability
  • Continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting and analytical capabilities

What they’re looking for The ideal candidate will have approximately 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience and be comfortable operating at the enterprise level.

Company-wide or multi-division financial consolidation experience is especially important, along with hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and executive reporting.

You should also be someone who can take complex financial information and turn it into a clear story for executives and operating leaders. Strong presentation skills and executive presence are critical.

This is a fast-moving growth environment, so they’re looking for someone who is driven, polished, comfortable with deadlines, and willing to put in additional time during particularly busy periods.

They are also very open to the high-potential candidate who may be earlier in their career but is ready to step into their first true Finance Manager opportunity. If you’ve had meaningful exposure to corporate consolidations, executive deck reporting, budgeting and forecasting and are ready for more ownership, I’d like to hear from you.
