Asset Manager | Bonus+VC

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing real estate investment platform seeking an Asset Manager. This position will support portfolio performance analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, business plan execution, and investment decision support across a multifamily real estate portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance or real estate professional who enjoys financial analysis, real estate investing, forecasting, business planning, and executive-level exposure. The role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence investment performance within a growing real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Multifamily real estate experience
• Would also look at Commercial real estate, acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, valuation, investment analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical experience preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
