Responsibilities Of The Junior Accountant

• The Junior Accountant will process and record daily accounting transactions in the company’s accounting software
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice and payment processing
• Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports
• Provide support for audits and participate in special accounting projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications For The Junior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements

Salary: $45,000-$50,000
