IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT leader who can balance day-to-day technology operations with long-term IT strategy across enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP support, and global service delivery.

The IT Manager will lead a multidisciplinary IT team, manage MSP and vendor relationships, support global operations, and serve as a key interface between enterprise IT, engineering, production, operational technology, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations, including ticket queue performance, prioritization, escalation, service-level reporting, and team capability development.
• Support ERP operations post-implementation, serving as the primary IT escalation point for ERP-related issues, integrations, infrastructure needs, and partner coordination.
• Maintain and improve IT infrastructure across U.S. and European sites, including servers, networking, end-user devices, critical applications, patching, backup monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage MSP and vendor relationships, including SLA tracking, service quality monitoring, onboarding coordination, and multi-site support handoffs.
• Own cybersecurity execution, including endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability management, technical control documentation, and compliance alignment.
• Support IT and OT coordination, AI-related technology oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, controls, production, and service teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $145,000 to $170,000 per year.
